We produce bags of all types and designs, which is the unique flexible wrapping. Your customers can transport their bulk materials up to 2 tons weight all over Europe the business of which we focus on. The weight of these wrappers are from 1 to 3 kg and they can be folded into small packages.
We produce and offer standard bags entirely in four-point versions, tailor-made, always according to the customer´s requested specifications. We also provide you with our service prior to delivery and aftersale service and technical specifications too. We will not finish serving you after the delivery.
Our advantages are reliability, flexibility nad prompt reply to our customers´ demands just due to our own production of the entry material for these Big Bags – fabric, sewing thread, binding stripes.
We can fully control the whole process of the production from the beginning – raw material, the tape production, fabric, coating and also the final sewing of Big Bags.
We can offer you our standard 3 weeks´ delivery time, but emergency requests might be solved in 2 or 3 days. We are able to import the alternative Big Bags from our long-term cooperative and audited suppliers in India and China.
The basic offer of standard bags:
- uncoated and coated fabrics of 150, 165, 180, 200, 230 and 250 g/m2, entirely flat fabric from Sulzer weaving loom.
- with or without single or double dust proof seams
- with PE liners if required (depending on the sort of filled products) including barrier liners protecting typical product properties (ALU, PAD, EVOH)
- these liners can be of different shapes, with a filling spout and/or an emptying spout (bottle-shaped), which makes filling and emptying bags easier and quicker
- SWL from 200 kg to 2000kg, SF 5:1 (single trip) and 6:1 (multi trip), tailor-made also 8:1 (reusable)
- 1-3 colour-printing, on 1-4 sides
- design of top parts of bags: open with a filling spout or a skirt
- design of bottom parts of bags: fully open with an emptying spout or a skirt
- in order to make filling and emptying bags easier and quicker, we can provide you with conical bottom bags
Packaging of standard bags:
- 50-200 pcs / pallet. Pallets are wooden, heat-treated or plastic ones (for food and pharmaceutical industry).
- Bags are tested in s.z.ú. CIMTO Prague, CZ.
